How long does a project take?
Most engagements run 8–16 weeks for first production ship. We start with a 2-week paid discovery so the timeline is fact, not optimism. Larger platform rebuilds typically run 4–6 months.
What does a project cost?
Discovery is fixed at ~$8K. Build engagements range from $40K–$400K depending on scope and team size. Staff augmentation is monthly. We tell you the price after discovery, in writing, and we hold to it.
Do you build MVPs?
Yes — and we'll push back if 'MVP' is being used to mean 'cheap throwaway.' We build MVPs that survive contact with real users. Often 6–10 weeks, often the same code that becomes your v1.
Do you offer AI consulting?
Yes. We do AI strategy advisory (roadmaps, vendor decisions, eval design) as a paid 2–4 week engagement, and AI engineering work as a build engagement. We don't do open-ended retainers.
Can you maintain projects after launch?
We offer light retainers — bug fixes, infrastructure care, occasional features — capped at predictable hours. For most clients we hand off cleanly to your internal team within 90 days. We don't try to make ourselves indispensable.
Do you offer enterprise software?
Yes. We've built systems for regulated industries (fintech, healthtech) with audit, compliance, and uptime obligations. We sign MSAs, DPAs, BAAs as needed. Procurement workflows we know.

What stacks do you work in?
Default: Go and TypeScript for backends, Next.js for web, React Native for mobile, Python for AI/data, PostgreSQL for storage, AWS or Vercel for hosting. We adapt — but we won't take on stacks no one on the team has scars in.
Where are you based?
Bengaluru and Singapore, remote-first. We work across timezones with a heavy async culture. Synchronous time is reserved for things that actually need it.
