We're best when the team has a real opinion about what the product should be — and is hiring us because the engineering bar matters. We're a poor fit if you need someone to figure out what the product is in the first place.

We take a hard floor at the 2-week paid discovery (~$8K). Below that we're not the right call — we'll happily refer you to someone smaller.
Will you build on stacks that aren't on this list?
We adapt. We won't take on stacks where nobody on the team has five years of production scars — Rails or PHP greenfield, for instance, we'll pass on.
